How to Add Facebook Pixel Manually to Magento 2 Store?
To install the Facebook pixel code manually to Magento 2, all you have to do is paste the tracking code inside the <header> section of your store.- Login to Magento 2 admin panel.
- On the left sidebar, click Content -> Design -> Configuration.
- Select the store and storeview you want to add pixel code and click on edit.
- Go to HTML Head -> Script and Style Sheets and paste your pixel code.
- Click Save Configuration and flush cache to apply the changes.
You can install the free Facebook Pixel Helper chrome extension to check if the pixel code was installed correctly.
After you have installed the extension, go to your website and click on the small icon to open Pixel helper. If you installed pixel code properly, information will be displayed like this.
