I bought this extension with the installation service and everything went smooth. The FME team was great to work with. 

I bought the extension some 4 months back. I am posting the review now because I feel it’s my moral responsibility to acknowledge the support they have been providing since then without any extra charges. Several times I needed to do adjustments and they did it for me without delays or anything. Impressed, I bought 2 more extensions from them which are functioning as smooth as this one. These guys really mean business and I honestly recommend them.   

I have been using the extension for a few days and am quite happy with it. It’s really simple to use. Just drag and drop to attach files. Moreover, I can attach relevant product videos as attachment and can attach different files for different customer groups. 

After analyzing the same extension from 3 other vendors in detail, I decided to choose FME as it offers more features for a lower price. I have a good experience with the extension so far. Moreover, the support team was extremely professional and efficient. All the queries I put forward were answered real quick. 

Was looking for an extension to restrict the attachments download by specific customer groups and this works.

I have only good words for the FME team.. There were some serious conflicts with the theme and some other extensions I was using, but the support team solved them as fast as possible, and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend FME.

Later on some special supplements had to be added to the already mentioned pricing calculator extension. FME’s support team was contacted by me to programme an extra Magento Backend Input Box for tables of 245cm length and 120cm width, sold in our firm’s online shop. Three more days and the job was done. Now everything was okay. We were happy and very pleased.
