Base Image: This is the main image displayed on the product details page. This is the largest and highest-quality version of your image.

Small Image: This version of the image is used on pages with multiple products, such as homepage, category listing and search results layouts.

Swatch Image: This version of the image is used when a product is available in more than one colors. Customers can click on each color to see how the product looks with that it.

Thumbnail Image: This version of the images appear in the media/thumbnail gallery, the shopping cart and some related products blocks. These images can be around 100 pixels high and 100 pixels wide.
