Use Configuration feature under the System tab from your backend to:
- Enable/Disable Contact us form on front end
- Enable/Disable Auto-Reply option
- Edit Message subject for auto reply email
- Edit Message body for auto reply email
Let’s see how it works:
Using your login credentials, first Sign in to your Magento admin panel. From dashboard, select Configuration from System tab.
- Select Yes from Enable Contact Us options to make Contact Us widget visible on site/front end. Choose No otherwise.
- Select Yes from Reply to Customer options to enable auto reply email option on customer queries. Choose No otherwise.
- Enter/Edit auto reply emails subject in Subject field. It will appear on header of sent mail. E.g. “Thank you for your valuable feedback” etc.
- Enter/Edit auto reply emails message in Message field. It will appear as body of sent mail. E.g. “Dear Customer, We have received your message. We will get back to you with detailed reply in 24 hours” etc.
- Press Save Config to save details before exit.

Can I add custom fields into Contact Us form?AnswerUnfortunately you cannot. There isn’t any such option available.
Can I change default email template with a personalized one?AnswerNo. You cannot. However, you can personalize email content (subject title and message body) as per your needs.
Can I enable auto reply option for target customer groups and disable for others?AnswerNo. You cannot. Auto-reply option in this extension works on ‘all or none’ principle. That is, if you enable it, it works for all customers and vice versa.
How long do configurations take to take effect once I make changes into settings?AnswerThey do not take more than a moment to take effect. Refresh your front end after editing and saving configurations in the back end to see changes.
