FME’s Tell A Price Magento Extension provides a very effective solution to make sure that your store always maintains consumer friendly rates and keep your customers with you. Just at right time your customers can report you if there are lower prices of your products in other stores.
Get all of it by just placing a link on the product view page with any text you would like e.g. “Found a Lower Price? Tell Us! “Or “Buy it now with Confidence”. By clicking on it customers will find a form opened in a pop-up window which contains necessary information required,
- Name and Email
- Telephone
- Competitor’s product link and competitor's price etc.
- Message
This easy to use form allows customers to report you where did they find any lower price on your products or else assure them that you have the lowest prices.

FRONT END DISPLAY
Tell A Price!
Tell A Price Magento Extension comes equipped in with a link for its users to inform the website owner of the lowest price being offered. A click on this link opens up the Front End of the Magento Extension which show-cases different tabs that the users can fill out to give the link of the website where they were offered the lowest price for a certain product. All the customer has to do is give his/her name, Email, Telephone (optional), Competitor URL, Competitor Price and state a Message. The moment this message is sent the customer will receive an email stating 'Thank You!' Also, this data will be emailed to the site owner's address and will be saved in configurations.
TELL A PRICE (VIEW REQUESTS)
Tell a Price Manager:
- Shows Tell A Price ID, Name, Email, Against the Product, Product SKU, Status and a link to Edit the Messages
- Change Status, View or delete by selecting from the grid and selecting the Action
Export to CSV:
- You can Export the Messages to a CSV or XML file
- Select the type of file you would like to Save As and Click on Export
TELL A PRICE (VIEW REPORTS)
Tell a Price Manager:
- Shows Product Name, Product SKU, Product Price and a link to View the Reports
Export to CSV:
- Select the type of file you would like to Save As and Click on Export
CONFIGURATIONS
Tell a Price:
- Enable Tell A Price by editing the text field
- Enter the Label by editing the text field
Email Options:
- Define the Send Emails To tab by editing the text field
- Define the Email Sender by editing the text field
- Set the Email Template by editing the text field
- Define the Default Alert Email by editing the text field
- Set the Default Alert Name by editing the text field
Configure Required Fields:
- Set the Customer's Telephone as required by editing the text field e.g. ‘YES’
- Set the Competitor URL as required by editing the text field e.g. ‘YES’
- Set the Competitor Price as required by editing the text field e.g. ‘YES’
- Set the Message as required by editing the text field e.g. ‘YES’
Reply to Customers:
- Enable Reply To Customer by editing the text field e.g. ‘YES’
- Set the Subject by editing the text field
- State the Message by editing the text field
